In coastal schools, youths are either illiterate or literate. Their counterparts in schools might be schooling but not learning and have low skills of studying well and operate in power studying facilities. In this case, the majority of them end us failures hence increasing poverty and cultural case. We as ICON PRO TECH have seen it better to increase job opportunities within our progressive societies. We have also decided to offer charity designs to the community. 

Youth energy must be represented in order to eliminate the tension between young and older people in the societies. Such energy can be channeled through the utilization of talents amongst youths for socioeconomic development, empowering youths with self-employment skills for poverty reduction. With this in mind, there is an agent need to provide a platform to engage youths in and out of schools through flexible and affordable life skills programs of attaining their set goals. 

It is, therefore, high time for the funding agencies, parents, donors, grants, and well-wishers to direct their ideologies, and even financial support to youths who are committed, determined, and focused on socio-economic development initiatives for not only individual benefits but for nationwide benefit.
