Youth in and out of school or job market face problems that government, parents, and funding agencies have failed to resolve; as leaders of tomorrow youth progress in socio-economic development is critical for the local and national good. In coastal schools, youths are either illiterate or literate. Their counterparts in schools might be schooling but not learning and have low skills of studying well and operate in power studying facilities. In this case, the majority of them end us failures hence increasing poverty and cultural case. We as ICON PRO TECH have seen it better to increase job opportunities within our progressive societies. We have also decided to offer charity designs to the community. Youth energy must be represented in order to eliminate the tension between young and older people in the societies.
